Fotona4D is a set of synergistic and non-invasive laser treatments for the external and internal facial cavity of the mouth, allowing the total contraction of collagen in full thickness for persistent skin tightening and volumization without the use of injectables. With two laser wavelengths (Er: YAG and Nd: YAG) and 4 treatment modes: SMOOTH®, FRAC3®, PIANO® and SuErficial™, anti-aging is addressed comprehensively from 4 different levels, working on the deep, medial and superficial connective structures of the skin, as well as the treatment of imperfections.
Step 1: SmoothLiftin™
Intra-oral treatment with the non-ablative Er:YAG laser produces a gentle, controlled heating to stimulate collagen contraction. In addition to an immediate effect that results in the shrinkage of collagen fibers, a new generation of collagen begins. The effects result in an overall improvement in tension and elasticity in the treated tissue, in addition to a plumping effect on the nasolabial lines.
Step 2: FRAC3®
A self-induced fractional effect of the Nd:YAG laser and a specific pulse structure that generates small localized peaks of high temperature. This non-ablative modality allows for the treatment of deeper and more specific imperfections to complement the effect of the intraoral treatment, in addition to restoring youthful texture and an overall more even complexion.
Step 3: PIANO® A unique ultra long Nd:YAG pulse mode for the third step of Fotona4D®. The laser safely and quickly heats tissue from the outside to the inside, concentrating the delivery of energy via the subcutaneous route. The PIANO® pulse is in super extended seconds mode, with a sweeping technique to complete full-thickness warm-up with an overall synergistic squeezing effect.
Step 4: SuperficialTM
A light, cool Er:YAG ablation that gives the skin a pearly finish. SuErficial further improves the appearance of the skin and reduces imperfections using the appropriate VSP technology, allowing the operator to easily adjust the laser to an extremely controlled light peel, with no thermal effects, for an accurate treatment with no patient recovery time.
The patient immediately notices that their skin looks fresher, firmer and brighter.
Fotona4D is a 30 to 45 minute non-invasive laser procedure that causes almost no downtime or discomfort, allowing the patient to continue their usual daily activities.
The immediate feeling of freshness and contraction of the face can be seen soon after treatment, but the full effect develops gradually over a period of 2-3 months. Continuous improvement can be expected up to six months after Fotona4D treatment.
